I recently discovered the TAYA Beauty brand and am super excited to share this gorgeous line with you and host this fabulous giveaway! TAYA is a natural and rejuvenating selection of hair beauty products with ingredients sourced from the Amazon Rainforest. TAYA products are free of harsh chemicals and are made out of the natural, nourishing and rejuvenating super botanicals only found in the rainforest like Cupuaçu Oil, the Durabundi Nut, the Annato Plant, Buriti Oil, and the Brazillian Açai Berry.

What adds to the appeal of TAYA’s products, is that all of the ingredients are sourced through environmentally sustainable programs which are free of genetically modified elements and where the local communities directly benefit from their harvests and conservation efforts.

The Amazon White Clay Thickening Collection is one of the most impressive lines within the brand because it naturally brings body and volume to thin, lifeless, brittle hair. I have been using the collection of products for over a month and I truly can see and feel a difference in the density of my hair! The products in this line are formulated with Amazon White Clay, extracts of Croton Lechleri Resin and Raw Avocado oil which all work synergistically to help expand, enrich, and infuse fullness to every hair strand. Let me tell you a little bit more about the wonderful ingredients in these products:

  • Amazon White Clay is a natural clay rich in mineral salts and nutrients used to deeply cleanse the hair and skin, and to eliminate toxins. Rich in iron, potassium, calcium, and sulfur, the clay absorbs organic materials along the banks of the Amazon River where it is inundated with botanical materials, creating a super-nourishing clay that adds greater body, richness and thickness to the hair shaft.
  • Croton Lechleri Resin derived from the Croton Lechleri Tree, its dark red sap known as “Dragon’s Blood” to the indigenous people, provides density, thickness and nourishment, reducing hair thinning, expanding the hair cuticle, and making hair feel richer and thicker.
  • Extracts of Raw Avocado Oil penetrate into the hair follicle providing conditioning, nourishment and shine while reducing hair thinning and breakage.

While all eight of the products in this line are impressive, there are two products in the line that I am totally smitten with: the White Clay Thickening & Acacia Collagen Hair Plumper ($24) & the White Clay Thickening Whipped Clay ($24) because these products are rather unique and different than your typical hair styling products and more important they totally transform my hair! The Plumper is an innovative, fast-drying mousse/hairspray combo that allows you to instantly add fullness and plumpness to your style, and it has truly worked wonders on my hair! And the Whipped Clay is a highly concentrated fluffy formula that creates fullness, texture and density while helping control your style, I like using a smidge of this product to finish off my style and make it look full and polished.
