I knew I'd get your attention by mentioning cozy furry boots in Spring! Although Spring has Sprung, temperatures are warming and colors are brightening, the mornings here in SoCal can be chilly and I HATE cold feet! So, lately I have been living in a pair of super cute, comfy cozy black sheepskin boots from LAMO – and I thought it was about time I let you in on my discovery.
LAMO Footwear is SoCal based shoe company that makes a fabulous array of shoes and Australian Sheepskin boots with a strong California aesthetic. LAMO shoes are relaxed, comfortable but are definitely modern and on trend. And while, yes it's true that Australia is the birthplace of the sheepskin boots, California put sheepskin boots on the map when an enterprising Australian surfer showed up on California's beaches wearing this now iconic boot style and the trend caught like wildfire. So it makes sense that LAMO is based in SoCal and specializes in yummy sheepskin boots.
It was LOVE at first sight when I saw these LAMO Brenda Boots ($135)
Aren't they insanely chic, hip and adorable? And did I mention uber comfortable?? These black Brenda boots aren't your basic Australian sheepskin boot, they are much more stylish and fashion forward! They have a chic suede upper with a black and white contrasting faux fur trim and decorative toggle buttons. The inside is lined with Australian sheepskin, has an extra dense 'oh-so-comfy' sheepskin insole for maximum cushioning and a high density rubber Comfort-Flex outsole.
What do I LOVE about the LAMO Brenda Sheepskin Boots? Two words capture it all: FASHIONABLE & COMFORTABLE!! They look great with my workout clothes, at school drop off or at night with my skinny jeans and I love that you can dress them up or down. And they are insanely snuggly and comfortable! I wear them for travel and when I have alot of walking to do and my feet are still smiling at the end of the day. These boots are versatile, beautifully made and the type of item that I will continue to enjoy season after season. LOVE!
Disclosure: LAMO sent me a pair of the Brenda Boots for editorial consideration but all fashion insights and warm tootsies are my very own
