As many of you know, I am a total foodie and love to cook and entertain. Because I am a girl on the go and in the know about LA happenings, Dove Dry Spray Antiperspirant reached out to offer me a fun experience of my choice in the Los Angeles area. It will come as no surprise that I jumped at the chance and chose to take a local Greek cooking class to amp up my culinary skills.
Being a busy multi-tasking woman, it is incredibly important to me that I properly prepare myself before heading out for adventures on the town and I thought it might be fun to share some of my tips and tricks for getting ready and feeling confident before I tell you about my class
For me, the key component to feeling great (besides having a good hair day, great skin & lash extensions) is accessorizing! Because I am a woman who is all about the sparkle, I love enhancing my look with bling like wearing this crystal adorned headband, some big silver hoop earrings and a striking bold red lip. Armed with these chic accents, I feel like I can take on the world, or at the very least a gourmet cooking class 😉
Something that many of us probably give minimal thought to when we are getting ready to go out is the importance of protecting ourselves from body odor by using a long lasting, pleasant smelling deodorant. I wanted to confess that lately, I have been rather disgruntled with my deodorant assortment. Some of them don’t smell good, some don’t offer long lasting protection, and some are sticky and heavy. For all of these reasons, I was pleasantly surprised by Dove Dry Spray Antiperspirant because it feels fresh & dry, it’s odor free and it helps me feel confident on the go. I really like how Dove Dry Spray goes on instantly dry, provides 48 hours of odor and wetness protection and it contains Dove’s iconic skin-loving 1/4 moisturizers for added skincare benefits. Simple & Fab!
Dove Dry Spray is surprisingly refreshing, it smells great (I LOVE the Cool Essentials Cucumber Scent) and the best part is that all you have to do is Shake, Spray and Go to feel fresh and confident as you go about exploring your passions.
With all the proper preparations in order, I was excited and ready for my hands on Greek cooking class. During this heavenly class, we made a variety of yummy appetizers like Baba Ganoush and a Halloumi, Grape & Tarragon Salad, Spanakopita, Roasted Lamb with Olives, Citrus and Herbs and a divine Baklava for dessert. OMG! It was beyond deelish and the recipes where so simple and user friendly that I can’t wait to replicate them again!
But the best part was, that in spite of the heat that permeated the kitchen and the manual labor involved in cooking this feast, Dove Dry Spray Antiperspirant never let me down!
