Spring is in the air my Beauties! Can you feel it? Can you smell it? What do you like the most about Spring? I love new beginnings and the plentiful opportunities for a fresh start that Spring brings. I adore Spring cleaning and purging the old to make room for the the new! I really enjoy the longer hours of daylight, the warmth, spending more time outdoors, the scent of flowers blooming, that happy feeling that I get when I see the vibrant colorful flowers blossoming all around me and most importantly, Spring is a cue for me to get my hair, skin and body ready for summer!
When it comes to getting my skin and body ready Spring, I try to eat healthier and cleaner, increase my exercise frequency, lose a few pounds to help me look my best during bathing suit season, get in one last face peel or laser treatment before summer (and heavier sun exposure) comes. And when it comes to my hair, I typically amp up my at-home regimen in order to ensure that my midlife locks looks their absolute best in anticipation of more travel, outings and social gatherings.
