Brand Ambassador for NYC Jewelry Brand Amrita Singh: Flatiron Collection Favs & Giveaway

I’m super excited to be kicking off 2016 by announcing that I have been chosen as the January Brand Ambassador for NYC based trend-setting jewelry brand Amrita Singh. I adore this fashion forward accessories brand because them make a gorgeous assortment of affordable, chic and statement making jewelry that I have raved about before. I’m especially excited to be partnering with Amrita in January because they have just launched a beautiful new jewelry collection called the Flatiron Collection and I’m thrilled to be among the first to share it with you!

New York City is the home of the visually spectacular and iconic Flatiron Building, named after its triangular shape that resembles a flatiron that is used to iron clothing. Not only is the Flatiron Building an architectural show-stopper, it is also located in the Flatiron District, an area of NYC known for being on the pulse of urban street style. This fresh and somewhat edgy new jewelry collection was designed to emulate the culture of this area by featuring pieces in various metals, structured shapes, and bold statement making designs kinda reminiscent of the high fashion looks of the 80’s. Following are my favorite pieces from this fab collection:

Flatiron Bib ($60) is the signature piece of this collection and it’s actually shaped like the iconic building it’s named after (so cool!) This bib necklace has a very unique geometric art deco like design that lends an appealing and edgy retro vibe to your look. It comes in four great colors – black, ivory, blue and hot pink – but the black really pops for me. I couldn’t resist creating an edgy rock ‘n roll biker ensemble and pairing it with a black blinged out leather baseball cap and aviators. Fierce & Fashionable!

Alderney Pendant ($75) is a bold and chunky statement making necklace with a chic modern vibe. I love the combo of gunmetal and clear crystals which makes it both elegant yet slightly edgy at the same time. I paired it with a silvery black sparkly sweater and a blingy headband and I would wear this look out to a festive cocktail party, but you could just as easily pair this necklace with a white t-shirt and jeans and it would look fab!

Asher Necklace ($100) is another sparkly statement making necklace that totally jumped out at me. Since I’m all about the sparkle, I tend to gravitate towards those types of designs. This necklace is also very versatile, but it totally screamed Fall/Winter to me, so I paired it with a warm rust dolman top, my fav brown and cream furry vest and a knit newsboy cap in rich warm hues. Isn’t my look fun, comfy and chic? And the Asher Necklace totally glams it up and pulls the look together. LOVE!

One last standout pieces in the Flatiron collection that totally captures that 80’s vibe is the Missy Link Chain Necklace ($75). This necklace comes in both gold and silver and while it totally has a retro feel, you can also wear it to snazz up your look for a night out on the town.
