Do you enjoy drinking beer? Did you know how amazing & rejuvenating beer is for your hair? BRÖÖ makes fabulous beer infused products that can transform your hair
I don’t know about you, but with Fall in full swing I find myself craving a glass of comforting frothy full-bodied beer. And while I certainly love to drink beer now and again (especially with a homemade spicy chicken chili), do you happen to know how absolutely amazing beer is for your hair? For ages, people have rinsed their hair with beer as a home-brewed recipe for strong, shiny, healthy hair and it turns out that the barley and hops used in making beer are full of hair-loving B vitamins, proteins and minerals. Pretty cool, right?
Well, BRÖÖ Craft Beer Haircare has tapped into the amazing benefits of beer (pun intended) and infused their fabulous Shampoos and Conditioners with a blend of microbrewed beer and premium natural ingredients which work synergistically together to rejuvenate, hydrate, and thicken your hair. BRÖÖ has three different hair loving shampoo and conditioner formulas that will totally revitalize your hair this Fall, and I’d like to tell you more about each of them and then tell you how to win a set of all six products for yourself!
BRÖÖ Invigorating Craft Beer Shampoo and Conditioner is an awakening blend of freshly hopped craft beer, peppermint and caffeine that work synergistically together in these revitalizing products. The “invigorating mixology” used in this formula includes peppermint, geranium and rosemary to refresh, energize, and make your scalp tingle. The 100% natural malted mint scent smells minty fresh and not at all like beer. And it’s my favorite BRÖÖ duo because it wakes up my senses in the morning, refreshes my scalp and makes my hair feel refreshed and super clean. I love using it as a hair detox, to get rid of the build-up that I get from using an lot of different types of styling products.
In addition, all of the BRÖÖ products are infused with the extracts of aloe leaf to soothe your scalp; caffeine to stimulate your scalp and wake up your hair follicles, and their proprietary BRÖÖLuxe formula in their conditioners which is a natural alternative to silicone and great for daily hair hydration and rehab. Plus, all of the BRÖÖ products are made in the USA, are all-natural and free of parabens, phthalates, sulfates, dyes, synthetic fragrances, PEGs, polyquaterniums, phenoxyethanol and propylene glycol.
BRÖÖ Thickening Craft Beer Shampoo and Conditioner is an enriching blend of craft beer, barley protein and caffeine combined together to make this nourishing hair formula. The “thickening mixology” in this line utilizes barley protein to lift and add volume to fine flat hair. And the yummy Citrus Creme scent contains delicious notes of orange, grapefruit and vanilla creme which smell almost good enough to eat. I just love the orange creamsicle smell of the Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner and like how it noticeably adds body and volume to my thin fine hair.
BRÖÖ Moisturizing Craft Beer Shampoo and Conditioner is a hydrating blend of craft beer, shea butter and caffeine combined together to make this moisturizing hair formula. The “moisturizing mixology” taps into shea butter to quench, hydrate, and soften dry thirsty tresses. The fragrant Höp Flower scent contains calming notes of lavender, geranium and ylang ylang. I like how this moisturizing duo makes my hair soft and smooth without weighing it down and also noticeably more manageable.
Honestly, I was surprisingly impressed with all of the formulas in the BRÖÖ line. Not only are all of these hair care products incredibly affordable and widely available at mass retailers nationwide like Walmart, but they really work! Plus they are made with clean/better for you ingredients, they amuse your senses and I love how they tap into the benefits of beer to pamper your hair. Cheers to that!
