Give Me a Hand: 8 Hand Creams That I Am Currently Obsessed With

If I let you peek into my bedroom, you would immediately notice that my nightstand is covered with a various array of hand and foot cream products for me to indulge in nightly. I love having an assortment of fabulous hand creams at my disposal right before I go to bed, so that I can moisturize my hands and feet and wake up with soft and supple extremities. Lately, I have been testing out some divine and noteworthy hand creams that I am excited to share with you. Happy Hydrating!

1)  Clarins Hand and Nail Treatment Cream

This is a wonderfully emollient cream that protects your hands from the elements, minimizes the signs of aging, heals dry chapped skin, strengthens your nails and conditions your cuticles. It contains sesame oil and Japanese mulberry which hydrate and nurture your hands. This is a beautiful European style cream that smells divine, feels yummy on my skin and leaves my hands soft and silky for hours. This is my new fav!

2)  La Prairie White Caviar Illuminating Hand Cream SPF 15

This is an uber luxurious hand cream that brightens, refines and hydrates your hands while providing UVA/ UVB protection with an SPF 15. What makes this hand cream so special is that it contains white caviar illuminating brighteners which target your age spots and overly pigmented areas. This cream is so much more than just a moisturizer! It really treats those nasty age spots (the ones that give your age away!), protects against future pigmentation, it smells like a high end French spa and it helps your hands look younger. And the silver caviar & white packaging is totally gorg! This is luxury worth the indulgence.

3) Moroccanoil Hand Cream

Moroccanoil came onto the hair scene with a vengeance several years ago with its Argan oil infused hair care products, and now their new body care line is trying to make it’s mark too. This addictive new hand cream contains the antioxidant rich Argan oil that put the Moroccanoil brand on the map, along with cocoa, shea and avocado butters to hydrate, repair and protect your hands. This is another swoon worthy hand cream that smells fresh and sexy, instantly penetrates and leaves my hands supple and hydrated all night long = LOVE!

4)  J.R. Watkins Hand Cream in Lemon Cream

J.R. Watkins products have been around a long time (since 1868 to be exact), so it’s safe to say they know their stuff. This wonderfully refreshing and hydrating hand cream contains shea and cocoa butters whipped together with more than 10 natural oils and extracts to treat your hands to this yummy slice of lemon cream pie (almost!) I love the true lemon scent, the creamy texture, the under $10 price and the fact that you can easily find it at your local mass retailer.

5) Revision Skincare Lumiquin Hand Brightening Treatment

Lumiquin is a potent treatment for age spots on your hands that contains a pure form of licorice extract that has been proven fade brown spots. 7)  Liz Earle Hand Repair 

This is a fabulous herb infused hand cream that hydrates and conditions your hands, nails and cuticles. It contains a  wonderful mix of naturally active ingredients like soothing echinacea, toning hops, pure essential oils and antioxidants like beta-carotene and vitamin E. I adore Liz Earle products because they are beautifully made and this hand cream smells relaxing, gives my hands the perfect long lasting coat of moisture and the pump dispenser is perfect for bedside use.

8 )  CND Scentsations Hand & Body Fresh Day Lily Lotion

This lightly scented aromatherapy lotion contains vitamins A and E for healing and aloe vera for extra moisturizing. CND lotions are perfect for a post mani massage because they absorb instantly, have the perfect level of moisture and leave just hint of fragrance. Fresh Day Lily has been sitting on my desk for weeks and I find myself constantly using it to revive my dry tried-from-typing hands and I really like the light fresh floral scent too.
