For the past month, I have been participating in Clarins 30 Days of Beautiful Challenge which consisted of two components: one aspect of the challenge was to use Clarins awarding winning Double Serum for 30 days and share my results with you, and the other part was to share photos of what beauty looks like and feels like to me, share it on Instagram and then share my overall perspective on beauty after paying closer attention to it for this past month.

Serendipitously, I went on a last minute trip to Mexico during this challenge, and one day during my trip I spent an entire day in the ocean, being present and absorbing everything around me. Like the hundreds of dolphins we encountered frolicking and playing in our wake, just enjoying the moment, the universe was telling me loud and clear: STOP LOOK & LISTEN.
