Every once in a while, I try a new product that absolutely ‘wows’ me and Baby Foot is one of those insanely amazing, mind blowing products. I am going to tell you all about this amazing new product and why I love it, but I think it is only fair to warn you: This post is gonna get a little gross and graphic bordering on TMI about my old, dry feet, but I only do this to really showcase the amazing results and efficacy of this product. The lengths a blogger will go to for her job!
So here’s the scoop: As I have gotten older and worn flip flops an inordinate amount of time, my feet have tragically suffered! They are constantly dry, cracked and kinda old looking. And even though I am hyper diligent about my nightly foot care regimen, my feet just don’t bounce back like they used to in their younger days. Being a beauty maven, I have regularly thought to myself, one day I will create a fabulous product that really addresses this problem and transforms my old feet once and for all. Baby Foot is an answer to my beauty prayers.
What is Baby Foot?
Baby Foot is an innovative foot treatment product that makes your feet as smooth and soft as a baby’s foot by using an intense yet gentle peel on your feet. The unique formula contains 17 types of natural fruit, plant, herb and flower extracts that allow your feet to be exfoliated and moisturized at the same time. The powerhouse ingredient in Baby Foot is a high concentration of fruit acids which are able to penetrate into the layers of unwanted dead skin cells and break down the the skin that holds the layers together.
What does Baby Foot Do?
Baby Foot is designed to gently remove the unsightly, dead skin cells on your feet that build up over time and can contribute to numerous problems associated with the soles of your feet. Dead skin cells accumulate due to pressure and friction from ordinary activities such as standing, exercising, and wearing shoes. In many cases, feet become cracked and painful from the accumulation of dead skin. This peel gently but effectively removes the dead skin without damaging it (no cutting or razors), it easily peels away the layers of skin revealing a healthier fresh layer beneath.
How does Baby Foot Work?
Baby Foot is an easy to use at home, simple three-step process:
1) Apply the fruit acid saturated booties to your feet, tape them shut so that they stay in place making sure to cover all of the dry skin on your feet. It’s doesn’t hurt at all, BTW.
2) Now it’s time to Chillax! Put your feet up and relax with the booties on for at least ONE hour. Read a great book or catch up on your TV viewing while allowing this at home miracle foot treatment to work its magic
3) Thoroughly rinse off your feet and dry them. Your feet will be soft, supple and moist immediately, but the peeling does not start right away, it typically begins on day 2-3 and then it takes about a week or so for the full peeling process to be completed. This is the best, but possibly the grossest and most uncomfortable part of this product because full layers of the skin on your feet actually do come off! I had to cut off the dead skin at times because it got a bit annoying and uncomfortable, but don’t peel it! Just remove the excess.
Here are some pics of what my feet looked like while they were peeling (I swallow my vanity and share these pics for the good of the blog ;-)):
What do I LOVE about Baby Foot?
If the pictures weren’t telling enough, this product REALLY WORKS! It totally removed all that gross dead skin from my feet and left me with fresh, soft, new feet almost like a baby’s, I kid you not. I absolutely LOVE LOVE this product. It didn’t hurt and it is just slightly ugly and annoying when my feet were peeling, but the results are totally worth it!!! This is the kind of product I will use regularly (maybe once a season) to rejuvenate my feet and spring them back to life. and it’s only twenty-five bucks! FABULOUS!
