After all these years of hearing positive buzz about Jenny Craig, I finally had the opportunity to try the program and I can honestly tell you that I am really enjoying it. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and simple it is to follow, how tasty the food is and how much I love the one on one private weekly consultation session which allows you to discuss your individual challenges along the way.
Other things I really like about this program are: That you can incorporate delicious fresh seasonal produce into every meal, the Anytime Bars are my yummy daily dose of vitamins, you get a sweet or savory snack/treat everyday, and lastly you get 2 ‘My Days’ every week if you would like to, which means that you follow the program guidelines but choose and eat your own food.
