The fab Kristen Bell dazzled in a stunning Zuhair Murad Dress at last night’s Emmy Awards! Following is the breakdown of her gorgeous look
Makeup Look by Simone Almekias-Siegl
Inspiration:
“My inspiration started with the dress. I wanted her to look like a flawless goddess. It was important to me that her skin was fresh and dewy looking, which we achieved.” – Simone
Face:
“First of all, I love prepping her skin – my most important step to put on flawless makeup. I used the Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes to remove any oils.”
“Then we love using the Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Scrub to get a smooth surface and get her skin bright and clean. Then we moisturize her face and under the eye with Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel, as well as the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel-Cream Eye.”
“Then I used Neutrogena Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup to even out her complexion. I used almost no powder to keep her skin dewy looking. Just a little in the t-zone.”
“My favorite blush is the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Blush in Bronzed. I applied it directly on the apples of her cheek.”
“To complete her look we used Neutrogena Moisture Smooth Color Stick in Classic Nude. I’m in love.Eyes:
I brushed a little Neutrogena Healthy Skin Brightening Eye Perfector under her eye to highlight, and cover any dark areas.
“I brushed on MAC cosmetic shadow in “expensive pink “all over her lid and highlighted right under her brow bone with Neutrogena Nourishing Long Wear Eye Shadow Palette in Cool Plum using the light pink highlight color.”
“I always like to mix two mascaras. One for volume and one for lengthening to get the wispy and full lash effect. Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara and Neutrogena Lengths Mascara are my go to mascaras.”
Hair:
Step 1. Every great blow dry starts with clean hair. Wash hair with Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo to start with clean, residue-free hair that is ready for styling. I also like to use the conditioner (only on ends!) blow dry hair with round brush. Try Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask on the ends and also use as a weekly mask.
Step 2. Curl hair with a 2inch barrel. Pin. Let cool.
Step 3. Part hair in the middle. Then brush out! (The curl will go back it’s curled form, don’t be afraid! BRUSH IT OUT!!)
Step 4. Tuck behind one ear. Finally spay hair with a medium hold hairspray.
