2021 was about slowing down and enjoying local & 2022 will be about wellness & travel. I hope you’ll join me and Hair Biology for the ride!

Happy Almost New Year My Beauties! I can’t believe 2021 is coming to an end, what an incredible year it has been! It has definitely been a year filled with ups and downs for many of us, however for me this past year was all about having a better work/life balance and slowing down! During 2021, I truly made a conscious effort to not run around and do as much, to say ‘No’ more often, to slow down, to do less and most importantly to really savor and enjoy life by being present and in the moment!

This past year, I really treasured connecting with friends and family in person, exploring my hometown (Los Angeles), taking staycations, enjoying our beautiful SoCal beaches and exploring our beautiful state by car by taking lots of fun road trips. We traveled to Palm Springs to see my family, to Napa Valley and Paso Robles to taste wine and enjoy the Fall Harvest and to Santa Barbara to name a few and I loved every moment!

In the upcoming year, I am looking forward to embarking on a wellness journey to finally lose those extra pounds and get back into a consistent fitness routine to get my body healthy, strong and flexible. I am looking forward to getting back to international travel and hitting those bucket list destinations (up next is Portugal!) and I am looking forward to enjoying more events and live entertainment. As a musical theater geek I am absolutely delighted that in person entertainment is making a comeback because live entertainment feeds my soul!

And last but not least, I am excited to bring my confident bold, playful, curvy and radiant self into 2022 by looking and feeling my absolute best at 54! And through it all, Hair Biology will be right by my side helping my midlife hair look colorful, vibrant, sexy and youthful! My go-to Hair Biology products include their fabulous Vivid & Protected Color Brilliance Shampoo and Conditioner which I love because they keep my red color-treated hair looking shiny and radiant and their Argan Oil Taming Serum that smells like a tropical vacay and keeps my aging hair looking smooth and healthy. I can’t wait to take these amazing hair beautifying products with me into the new year and I can’t wait to share the bold adventures we will have! You can shop for all my favorite go-to Hair Biology products HERE

I’d love to know what fun and fabulous things you are looking forward to in 2022?
