MWAH! Kissy Kissy! SWAK! Ladies, it’s time to get those lips ready, gorgeous, protected and kissable for the summer. I have been testing products with SPF, hydration and vibrant hues and here are the ones that made my favs of summer list:

1)  Clarins Instant Smooth Crystal Lip Balm ($24.50)

OMG! This is a ‘WOW’ product beauty junkies! This inspired lip product delivers the color of a lipstick, the transparency of a gloss and the soothing moisture of a lip balm. It has a clear hydrating gloss/balm around the outside and a gorgeous summer lovin’ hue in the core which gives your lips a healthy dose of color and shine. It is available in 4 bold limited edition summer shades: Crystal Coral (my fav & it color of the season), Crystal Pink, Crystal Red and Crystal Violet. I love the slightly fruity scent, the FAB color payoff and how it heals my dry lips.

2)  L’Oreal Paris Colour Riche Balm SPF 15 in Nourishing Nude ($5.99)

This is a wonderfully long-lasting balm and hydrating gloss that gives your lips a hint of  beautiful color. It protects your lips with an SPF 15 and comes in eight flattering colors. I love the the barely there Nourishing Nude color, how emollient it feels on my lips and that it only costs $6! FAB!

3)  Wet ‘n Wild Juicy Lip Balm SPF 15 ($2.99)

These are fun, yummy fruity lip balms that offer a smidge of color and a nice glossy shine. These balms are enriched with aloe vera and vitamin E for wonderful hydration, come in 4 tasty scents (Strawberry, Cherry, Raspberry & Watermelon) and contain an SPF 15. I LOVE LOVE these bargain priced lip balms because they are colorful, tasty (Strawberry is my fav), super moisturizing and seem much more high quality than their price tag indicates. Buy them all and throw them in your bag this summer!

This is a super-nourishing, lip-staining balm that moisturizes and offers a lovely sheer color. This gel balm is packed with lip-loving ingredients that protect and hydrate your lips and after the balm wears off, your lips are left with a sweet hint of tint. I love the automatic pencil dispenser that is so easy to use on the go, the slight hint of mint and the beautiful sheer color.

5)  Glazewear Lipgloss ($6)

I adore AVON’s Glazewear lip glosses because they come in a variety of sparkly finishes and feel light and hydrating on your lips. AVON is just about to come out with the most gorgeous hues for summer that I am totally hooked on right now like a light coral called Peach Fizz, a more vibrant red/orange coral called Hawaiian Coral and a deeper pink called Hawaiian Mauve. And oh yeah they are only six bucks and rival a department store quality gloss!

6)  OCC Lip Tar in Grandma ($14)

Lip Tar is an innovative hybrid of a highly pigmented lipstick crossed with a lip gloss that goes on moist, dries down to a satin finish and lasts for hours. Since Lip Tars are ultra-saturated with color, a little drop goes a very long way. Lip Tars contain hemp oil, peppermint oil and vitamin E oil which makes them hydrating too. I adore the coral-orange-red color of Grandma which is so fun and bright and gets tons of compliments whenever I wear it.

7)  Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics Lipstick in Tangelo ($19)

This is a gorgeous lanolin-free lipstick that contains a special blend of natural oils and vitamins that make your lips supple and moist. Tangelo is the epitome of the ‘it’ color of the season, a perfect tangerine orange coral hue that looks gorgeous on tan skin. I can’t get enough of this gorgeous lipstick!
